No Bluetooth Found (Realtek?)

Is that possible while I'm using the OS and working ?

Can you clarify this question, please? I am not sure what you are asking.

You can install it while using the OS and working, but must log out to log in to the other desktop.

It is a very fast and simple install. In fact, you ran it once already... and I posted the above command that you quoted to correct for it when I realized you were on Lite, not on Core.

If you have not yet run the above sudo apt remove zorin-os-desktop && sudo apt install --reinstall zorin-os-lite-desktop command, then do not run it.

Instead, you can just log out and follow the above mentioned steps to log into the Core Desktop and test it.

I mean I'm working now online and I can't stop my work and run this

if it will interrupt my work then I can't do it now

Ah, I see. It will not interrupt your work though it may create a brief net usage spike.
Again, you may not want to run that command and remove the Core Desktop environment, so it might be a moot point.

Do you get any output with bluetoothctl?

Seems driver related but, could be wrong. With my older Toshiba, I have to run much older kernels for it to function properly.

This is a much newer driver than what I posted before. Right above the last post, there's how to add the ppa and install, then modprobe and hopefully comes alive. Just another option though, nothing definitive.

I tried

but I got this again bluetooth.service: Two services allocated for the same bus name org.bluez, refusing operation.

Do you get any terminal output from:

sudo dmesg | grep -i bluetooth

here

You have bluez installed as a Snap?
I highly recommend removing the Snap portion.

snap remove bluez

Install or reinstall with apt

sudo apt install --reinstall bluez

Reboot and test.

Done boss but when I'm running this

I got this
image

Please run

sudo apt clean && sudo apt autoremove

sudo apt --fix-missing

sudo apt install --reinstall bluez

here we go
and still same problem

You got a "Could not get a lock" error because there was either the Software Store, Synaptic or another terminal with an open installation command.

When you get that error, you must close whatever it is that is still open (and holding the lock) before you can successfully run the command.

Previous: Sorry, try

sudo apt update --fix-missing

after the 3 commands I got this

again

this is my laptop specs
