@Aravisian what's the icon (I guess it's a symbolic icon) in thunar that is shown on @littlekun screenshot.
I hate when they mix it up.
To solve all your problems: in Alien index.theme file set inherits to ZorinGrey-Dark

I set inherit to Flat-Remix-Dark-Blue which I was using earlier and all the issues I mentioned before got solved.
But now encountered a new issue.
While Drag & Drop a file to a folder the folder icon changes. (Default folders created by xdg-user-dirs are not affected by this.)
I will try inherit to ZorinGrey-Dark tomorrow & hoping it will fix this issue.
It's missing an open folder icon. I'll fix this.

Flatpak version.
A few more icons missing for Alacritty, Btop++ and EasyEffects.
There are also some games that come preinstalled with Gnome that still have the original icon, but I don't think those are really all that important (four in line, lights off and a few others).

I've just now also discovered that the GIMP icon whilst cycling through active windows appears a little different, both while editing something, showing an image preview, as well as when it's simply open without one.
Not sure if that's expected or not, but thought I should mention it.
Btw that green is looking real nice as well... giving me some OpenSUSE vibes, might give KDE another try.

I'm not sure with the Gimp, as it make the scene with me as well.I SUspect it uses its own icons.

Be sure to have both gimp.svg and org.gimp.GIMP.svg
