You can unselect those and keep them.
Remember, this is just a Reinstall of KDE...
Once you have removed the packages, you will want to remove KDE configs.
Then install KDE.

okay i have done that.
now next step ?
Check in ~/.config directory for any KDE or Plasma folders and remove them.
Once that is done, reboot then, install KDE Desktop again.

where is this located, i found one in home folder.
i can't able to find kde or plasma folder here.

In your ~/.config, in the screenshot - you can see a folder named kde.org and another named Latte

No, I think the OP was using latte dock on their gnome environment as well.
