But in the case of Ubuntu i did install it good from the usb drive 28GB

I suspect RAM given your Windows and Linux errors both combined with an unsuccessful MemTest. But... it's as Bubby said, an educated Guess, based on limited information exchanged over the internet.
There is not harm in trying... other than general frustration.

Maybe cuz ubuntu did installed well from the usb drive, is there a difference between zorin and ubuntu in installation?
