Does virtual machine extensions have any role here??
The safe graphics didn't work too.(I install it but in the end it didn't work after I tried to log in)

Are you installing in a virtual Environment?

Can you tap the e key on the Grub menu prior to that screen where it says to Try or Install Zorin.
This will open the editor.
Scan through until you see "quiet splash"
Add the following parameters, exactly as you see them here after the quiet splash so that it looks like
"quiet splash iommu=soft acpi=off" save and exit out and proceed to attempt to boot.

I'm not installing it from vm

I will do what you said later is this will solve the problem??

Have you ever tried installing a distribution other than Zorin OS before?

Yes, Ubuntu

There is no grub menu before, this screen shows first.

Tap Tab

I tap on it and this showered

On the line showing at the bottom, can you arrow key over to the word "splash" and type in the above parameters?

If not...
What happens if you arrow key the selection to "Try or Install Zorin" and tap the e key?

Is the place of the arrow correct here?

If this also fails, then boot and enter your BIOS EFI Settings (Prior to Linux Grub) and check if you are set to AHCI or to RAID.
If set to RAID, try setting to AHCI, then booting Zorin and see if it works.
If set to AHCI, try setting to RAID, then booting Zorin...

Is it like that??

Hello are you here??
